This policy explains what Tejasvi Real Estate & Developers LLP ("we") collects when you use this website, why, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it. It is written to be read, not to be scrolled past.

What we collect, and when

We only collect personal details when you send us an enquiry through a form on this site. Then we receive:

What you type: your name, your mobile number, and — only if you choose to give them — your email address and a message.
What you were looking at: the project and plot size you asked about, and the page the form was on.
Technical details sent by your browser: your IP address, your browser type, and the address of the website that led you here, if any.
Advertising tags: if you arrived by clicking one of our adverts or links, the campaign labels in that link (for example the name of the advert). These tell us which advert worked; they do not identify you.

If you tap a "Call" or "WhatsApp" button, we record that a button was tapped, on which page, and the technical details above. We do not receive your phone number from that tap; we only learn it if you then call or message us.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a site visit, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
To know which project and plot size you are interested in, so the right person calls you.
To understand which of our adverts bring enquiries.
To keep the forms free of spam and automated submissions.

We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell them or share them with advertisers.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is seen by our own staff who handle sales enquiries. It is stored with the companies that run our website and database on our behalf, who may only process it for us. We may have to disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

To remember which advert brought you here, your browser keeps the campaign labels for the current visit only; they are removed when you close the tab. If you switch language, your browser remembers that choice.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for two years from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. If you buy a plot from us, the records we are legally required to keep for the sale are kept for as long as the law requires.

Asking us to correct or delete your details

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
